Mario Schlener
Financial Structuring Director
Former head of strategy and product development at Navigant Capital Markets Advisers, former Head of Investment, Company Valuation and Quantitative Risk Management at Deloitte, focusing on risk, pricing and analysis of specific portfolios (Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds and structured products, ABS and CDS); financial, economic and risk due diligence including bank valuations; quantitative validation of pricing and rating models; implementation of VAR market risk models and credit risk models (incl. Counterparty Credit Risk models; CVA/DVA) asset managers and banks.
Mr. Schlener holds a BA and an MA in Banking and Finance from the University of Applied Sciences bfi in Vienna and an MBA in Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School Of Business. He is a PhD in Finance candidate at the EDHEC Risk Institute. He is also an external lecturer at Vienna University of Technology at the FAM department for applied risk management courses.
Robert Flocius

Former shareholder and Co-founder of UB Networks Benelux NV - a US based data communications company and first world partner of Cisco systems Inc later sold to Newbridge for $ 260 million.
Robert served as senior Adviser to Madge Networks ( fastest growing UK company in 1996) In 2002 -4 served as CEO of West African Iron Ore mining company. ( BCS’s ) Prior to this served as Director of market development for Merrill Lynch both in New York and Berlin.
CO-founder of Boston Capital Services Ltd, London based investment boutique operating primarily in CEE.
Robert holds a BA from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey – Newark. US citizen with multinational background. Strong entrepreneurial approach.
Douglas W. Miller
Financial/Commercial Director
Douglas W. Miller served in the US Marine Corps as a Highly-Decorated Logistics Officer During Desert Storm. Between 1993 and 2000 he headed the global Knowledge Management Group for Unilever and then founded and ran his own Knowledge Management company catering to Fortune 500 clients.
Between 2000 and 2005, Mr. Miller founded and served as Chairman and CEO of two regulated film investment funds in London, England, raising and managing over $500 million and producing/financing 23 feature films.
Most recently he stepped-in as CEO of a failing mobile technology company which he restructured, recapitalized and successfully sold to a major Los Angeles-based technology and healthcare conglomerate.
He is currently a partner in a private equity firm focused on Canadian ICT and Bio-technology companies, a US/UK film fund and a private equity firm focused on EU ICT and Bio-technology companies.
Mr. Miller has a BA in Economics from Harvard.
Carlos Martinez

Carlos Martinez founder and CEO of the company “Innology’s ventures” which focuses from creating the strategy to defining the business plan and getting the ventures off the ground.
He shines when mastering the challenges of the entrepreneurial process and getting Innology’s ventures up and running. He has a passion for distilling innovative ideas and turning them into real businesses.
His professional background embraces a well-rounded mix of multinational corporations, including the former "Big-Five" giant Andersen (now partly Deloitte) in the financial sector and Telefónica in the telecommunications industry, as well as private equity owned businesses, developed in different countries (such as Germany, Spain, Turkey and China) and across a variety of sectors (from real estate to retail).
Carlos combines this wealth of experience with his incisive and down-to-earth judgment to provide valuable insights to ensure our ventures prosper.
His training in finance and business administration includes an MBA with High Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
